Myanmar Society of Engineering Educators
(MSEE) is established as an Engineering Education
Branch of The Institution of Professional Engineers Myanmar (IPEM)
Mission & Vision and
Objectives.
·
To
promote engineering education & career development of engineering educators
in Myanmar.
·
To
established Registered Engineering Educator (REEd or
REE), Registered Senior Engineering Educator (RSEEd
or RSEE) and Professional Engineering Educator-PEEd
or PEE) registers.
·
To
provide the links between engineering academic works and practical site works.
·
To
provide continuing education and professional support for engineering educators
in Myanmar.
The functions of MSEE
·
To provide engineering education to Myanmar and International
Students
·
To provide Continuing Education and Professional Development to
Engineers
·
Perform
the accreditation tasks on engineering educational establishments in Myanmar
& overseas under the direction of The Institution of Professional Engineers
Myanmar by
co-operating with international engineering organizations mostly with Singapore
Institute of Engineering Technologists to comply with AFEO, Washington Accord,
Sydney Accord and Dublin Accord.

Organizing MSEE
MSEE composes of the members of The
Institution of Professional Engineers Myanmar (IPEM)
, independent observers and advisors
from overseas (OR) with the assistance provided by IQY Technical College and
Singapore Institute of Engineering Technologists..
For providing the engineering education,
MSEE is divided into several discipline groups.
The registered educators are also
members of MSEE.
Institutional Accreditation
It is to be performed
by co-operating with international engineering and educational organizations
Individual Accreditation
Individual educators are
accredited for registration as Provisionally Registered Engineering
Educator (PREEd or PREE), Registered Engineering
Educator (REEd or REE), Registered Senior Engineering
Educator (RSEEd or RSEE) and Professional Engineering
Educator-PEEd or PEE).
